- Login per role: Username/password access is active for Store Admin, T&D Department, Booking Officer, Accounting Department, Warehouse, and Management Department.
- Global search: Search by request ID, booking ID, client, salesman, SKU, delivery date, delivery team, address, or status.
- Printable documents: Booking form, warehouse pull-out slip, delivery schedule, and DR reference are available as print outputs.
- Live sync: Records automatically sync through the Electronic Request & Coordination server file store when PHP is available on the hosting server. If the server connection is unavailable, the portal temporarily uses local browser storage.

Security monitoring is restricted to the Developer account. Device names are not exposed by browsers; device type, browser, operating system, IP address, and account activity are recorded.
